Delivery

Orders may take 1 to 2 working days to process. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information.

Shipping Fees:

Greece 

Free Shipping on orders over 50€ in Greece.

EU  & Rest of the World

For order up to 100 euros – shipping is 15 euros

For orders up to 500 euros – shipping is 30 euros

Orders over 500 euros – free shipping

Estimate time is calculated from the day of shipment rather than the day of order. We do not ship to PO. Boxes and all our shipments require a signature upon receipt.

Returns

In case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you have the right to return the goods within seven (7) days from the day you received them for exchange or credit only provided that goods are unworn, unused and unwashed in their original condition and packaging.

In case of a return please email us at contact@vassiliszoulias.com with your order details and state clearly if you wish an exchange or credit. As soon as we process the return, we will send you a confirmation email with the relevant details.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

For hygiene reasons, our company shall not accept the return of earrings, fragrances, face masks and swimwear.

In the rare occasion of returning an item due to manufacturing fault please contact us at contact@vassiliszoulias.com to resolve the issue.
